- Remote areas in UAE 4-6 working days (will appear on checkout and on map while placing order).
- Outside UAE 7-8 working days
- Store collection (Must show e-receipt with QR code, if someone else will collect must show Emirates ID).

Return Policy:
- Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the products has a manufacturing defect.
- Condition of Products: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact, to be eligible for a successful return.
- Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged or credited to your store account.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Return Shipping Details
Within the UAE: Return shipping is free for the first return. From the second return onwards, a fee of AED 30 will be applied.
For International Deliveries:
- Saudi Arabia & Oman: Return shipping fee is AED 100.
- Kuwait: Return shipping fee is AED 150.
- Bahrain, Qatar & Other International Destinations: Return shipping fee is AED 200.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
