At soletherapy.ae, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns may be initiated within 7 days of delivery only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or credited to your store account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Within the UAE: Return shipping is free for the first return. From the second return onward, a return shipping fee of AED 30 will apply.

International Deliveries:

  • Saudi Arabia & Oman: Return shipping fee of AED 100.
  • Kuwait: Return shipping fee of AED 150.
  • Bahrain, Qatar & Other International Destinations: Return shipping fee of AED 200.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 working days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 7–14 working days.

Important Information

If our inspection determines that the item has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or any cause other than a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange will not be approved. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
