Delivery Policy

Delivery methods

  • Shipping varies depending on the location/ address and timings.
  • While placing the order it will show the delivery date, the cost of shipping and courier company.
  • We are doing our best to cover delivery everywhere within UAE and outside UAE.
  • Split orders is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics/delivery centers. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.

Delivery timings

  • Within UAE 2-3 Working days
  • Remote areas in UAE 4-6 working days (will appear on checkout and on map while placing order).
  • Outside UAE 7-8 working days
  • Store collection (Must show e-receipt with QR code, if someone else will collect must show Emirates ID).

  • Store collection free charges for online paid orders only.
  • Order over 500 AED in UAE Free delivery.
  • Orders below 500 AED charges 30 AED in UAE outside UAE starting from 100 AED to 450 AED depends on order total amount.
