Shipping & Delivery Policy

Soletherapy strictly complies with applicable UAE laws and regulations and does not sell, ship, or provide services or products to countries or territories subject to applicable OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.

Split Shipments

Please note that a single order may be divided into multiple shipments depending on product availability and weight limitations imposed by the courier or postal service. As a result, cardholders may see multiple entries or charges on their card statement relating to the same order.

Delivery Shipping Details

  • Within the UAE: Delivery shipping is free of charge.
  • International Deliveries:
    • Saudi Arabia & Oman: Delivery shipping fee is AED 100.
    • Kuwait: Delivery shipping fee is AED 150.
    • Bahrain, Qatar & Other International Destinations: Delivery shipping fee is AED 200.

Order Cycle

  • Credit and debit cards are charged on the day an order is placed with Soletherapy.
  • All listed prices are inclusive of applicable sales taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Within the UAE: Orders are delivered within 3–6 working days.
  • Other Arab Countries: Orders are delivered within 6–10 working days.
  • Other International Destinations: International deliveries may take up to 14 working days.

Customs & International Deliveries

All shipments to international destinations are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures in the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products included in their shipment comply with the laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are advised to check their country's applicable import regulations before placing an international order to avoid delays, additional charges, or other complications during the shipping process.
