Return Policy:

• Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the products has a manufacturing defect.
• Condition of Products: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact, to be eligible for a successful return.

  Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged or credited to your store account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Return Shipping Details

Within the UAE: Return shipping is free for the first return. From the second return onwards, a fee of AED 30 will be applied.

For International Deliveries:

• Saudi Arabia & Oman: Return shipping fee is AED 100.
• Kuwait: Return shipping fee is AED 150.
• Bahrain, Qatar & Other International Destinations: Return shipping fee is AED 200.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them thoroughly within 2-3 working days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The credit typically appears in your account within 7-14 working days, depend on your bank’s processing time.
